The recent purchase of our 2019 Santa Fe Ultimate was the fourth Hyundai vehicle and also the fourth purchase from this particular dealership. That should say quite a bit how satisfied we are in that single statement but I want to elaborate just a bit more.

The main reason we returned to this specific dealership and product was two-fold. First of all, the product Hyundai produces is in our opinion designed with the highest quality, value, comfort and safety in mind and that means a lot to us as consumers. Part and parcel to that is a very fine warranty provided for their vehicles and that indicates the level of trust they have in their product.

Secondly, this dealership goes the extra mile in customer service. There are many aspects to determining great customer service. For us, it starts the moment you walk in the front door and are greeted by friendly, courteous and respectful staff. Also of utmost importance to us is the quality and care we receive when we require any type of service. The service staff at this dealership definitely step up to the plate and exceed our expectations and that is something that is a must for us: taking care of the purchaser and their vehicle after the sale is made. The number of dealerships where the General Manager or other department managers and staff will step out of their office and say hello and shake your hand when you walk in, are few and far between. This dealership is one of those very few dealerships where they actually do that and that speaks loudly of their personal character, business professionalism and shows genuine appreciation for their customers.

At this dealership, whether you are a first time buyer or a repeat customer, you will feel appreciated, respected and very satisfied each and every time you visit. I highly recommend to anyone to stop in and talk to the sales staff if you are in the market for a great vehicle. You won't be disappointed.

Adrian was a huge help with selling me my first vehicle! He responded within a couple of hours if I texted/called him for anything. He was not overly pushy with trying to make a sale, and was extremely friendly and approachable.

Laura was my service rep & she is always friendly, knowledgeable. She takes the time to explain new equipment like the tire pressure camera which I drove over when driving into the service bay & she is explained the picture & how a tire rotation would benefit the longevity of the tires. She is an asset to the dealership. She also addressed all my concerns, even a quote for a windshield replacement. Great job!

I had 2 flat tires. I got air put in them. Phoned the dealership. Was able to get an appointment early the following morning. It was determined both tires could be fixed. I was able to wait until the work was done. Was pleased with every aspect of my visit. This is the second Santa Fe I have purchased. The last one was in 2004!! I was please with not only my vehicle but also the service I received at the dealership. So I had no hesitation to purchase another one. I've had this Santa Fe for about a year now and have been very pleased with it as well. Would recommend it to anyone. Actually I have!!!

I just wanted to pass along my experience today with Hyundai.

I woke up to a car that wouldn't start, so I got a boost and drove it straight to Hyundai and dropped my keys in the night drop. Laura called me to let me know that she is looking into it, and will call me as soon as she hears what the technicians could find. Turns out my alternator is gone.

Laura was spectacular, friendly and understood my needs to know as soon as possible. So I can plan my day accordingly. She also booked me a rental so I can continue on unaffected by the down time without my vehicle while I wait for parts/repair to be completed.
