I just wanted to commend the employees at Regina Hyundai for the wonderful service I received on April 21, 2012. from the parts person, service dept, to the mechanic, I greatly appreciate your help.
I had bought a Pre owned 2008 Hyundai Santa Fe at another dealership in Regina a few weeks prior and while leaving the Regina General Hospital the power steering went. When I reached you business with my broken vehicle being towed via CAA, I brought the broken part in to your parts desk to see if one was in stock. The parts desk person quickly found the part and verified it with a mechanic. Meanwhile, the service desk. Cory, was available and I told him my problems. He quickly found out that my vehicle had previously been regularly serviced at your location before I purchased it.
The part was on warranty and when he heard that I was from out of town, checked with a mechanic to see if they could fix my vehicle that day. I was very pleased to hear that the mechanic could make it happen. In only a couple hours from when my car first broke, Hyundai had repaired the problem and sent me on my way. Thank you very much. I am sure to pass on to anyone who will listen what a wonderful service department you have and will look forward to doing business with you in the future.
